The Best Lactose/Sugar Free Grapenut Pudding

Grapenut Pudding!

Grapenut Pudding!

Make it for me and my wife. Make it for dessert

  • 2cups Vanilla Almond milk

  • 4 eggs(can substitute egg beaters

  • 1/8 tsp. Stevia

  • 1 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatin

  • 1/4 cup grapenuts cereal

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • Nutmeg for top



In a large bowl add the almond milk, eggs, grapenuts, stevia, gelatin, and mix with a wire whip.

Place in 4 ramekins and place them in a water bath.

Sprinkle nutmeg on top and back for 1 hour at 375' or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
