I know, holidays can be such a struggle for you. But with my Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie Recipe, you can eat guilt free, regardless of your allergies or planned diet!

Allergy Information:

Sugar-Free

Peanut-Free

Soy-Free

Warning: Contains Evaporated Milk



The Recipe:

  • A 9-inch pie pastry
  • A 16-ounce can of pumpkin
  • A 12-ounce can of evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup of Agave Nectar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • You can replace the following 4 items with 2 Teaspoons of Pumpkin Pie Spice if you like

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon*
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger*
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg*
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves*



Instructions:

1.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2.

Beat pumpkin, milk and eggs. Beat in rest of ingredients.

3.

Pour into pastry lined pie pan.

4.

Bake for 15 minutes, then Reduce the heat to 350 degrees F. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean.

5.

Cool on wire rack.


Enjoy! Serve it with some sort of whipped topping if you like!

Natural Sugar Substitute Of The Month: Erythritol
