1 cup of whole milk (You can try soy or almond milk if you like, but I wouldn't recommend it)
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
1 Teaspoon of Lemon Extract
Instructions:
1.
Cream butter, shortening and stevia until light and fluffy.
2.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg.
3.
Sift the dry ingredients together.
4.
Add vanilla and lemon extract to milk.
5.
Add dry ingredients to stevia and egg mixture, alternating with liquid, beating just enough to blend, until all ingredients are combined (Do this very slowly, don't let the wet and dry ingredients clump up!).
6.
Beat batter on medium speed for 5 minutes.
7.
Place into greased and floured pan and place into COLD oven. Now turn the oven on to 350 Degree Fahrenheit and Bake for 1hr and 15 minutes (until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean).
Enjoy!
