Stop Wasting Money At Starbucks: Sugar Free Drinks That Are Healthy And Taste Incredible!

A picture of a cup of hot chocolateHot Chocolate, smoothies, Eggnog. These are not what I could consider to be sugar free drinks.

Well, not anywhere else. But I have ways to make these amazing drinks without any sugar at all (And often without Milk too, so they are often safe for those of you who can't handle milk).

How do I do it? The same as always, I use my sugar free philosophy.

"If you understand the basics of any ingredient or food item, you can then substitute each and every part you can't eat, until you have created a safe, alternative recipe".

What Types Of Drinks Can I Find Here?

The types of drinks you can find on this page are:

  • Coffee
  • Tea
  • Smoothies
  • Milkshakes
  • Cappucinos
  • Egg Nog
  • Fruit Type Drinks (Lemonade etc.)

And all the variations of these are included (So Tea can stand for Chai Tea, or Iced Tea, or blah blah blah...).

So continue on and take a look at my recipes.

My Own Drink Recipes

The Following is a collection of the drink recipes me and my sister have created over the years.

I won't drink anything that doesn't taste great, so the quality of these drinks is sure to surprise you! (In a good way)
