As with most of my sweets, I've always been a big fan of dessert. Of course, not only do most desserts have things such as milk (That I am greatly allergic to), but they almost always contain that "S" word that seems to ruin most of our days.

You don't want that nasty tasting aspartame making all your desserts taste funky anymore (diet pop anyone?). And with my recipes they won't, I promise!

Obviously, dessert is a pretty darn general term. It could apply to basically anything that is sweet.
But for this site, we are going to narrow it down a bit, so you might actually be able to find what you are looking for!

I try to make these as simple and easy to make as possible, while still providing a bit of comprehensiveness in the notes. So these will be perfect for the beginning baker, as well as the experienced grandmaster chef. Enjoy!
This fudge recipe is really whippy - more like a solid whipped cream than a soft fudge. It tastes awesome and can hold it's shape. I'll probably get around to doing another one that's even more firm (like the type of fudge you would buy at a specialty shop).
You wont be able to tell the difference between my sugar-free chocolate pudding recipe and a normal "unhealthy" one. Whoo hoo!
One of my favorite sugar free recipes on this website is my sugar free chocolate peanut butter cups. And here's a hint: there's no peanut butter in here, only almond butter.

Back to the basics, this is my most basic sugar free brownies recipe. Although if you added some of the frosting shown above, I'm sure it would really liven it up.

Here is a spectacular Sugar Free Chocolate Almond Torte. It could be mistaken for a pie, but I thought I would shove it in here too. A Caveat though, this is a difficult recipe! Try at your own risk!
