Basically, it's perfect for any type of baking.

The ingredients of this product are as follows:

  • Cocoa Beans
  • Whole Vanilla Beans

That's all! Their incredible refining process makes these 2 ingredients into an amazing sugar free baking chocolate!

Scharffen Berger has really just made a name for themselves in specialty chocolate. They pride themselves in making absolutely stunning products.

Unlike most of the chocolate products on the market, anything that comes from Berger has been tested for utmost taste and quality (Not just the bare-minimum to scrounge a passing grade from the FDA).
