My Recommendation For The Best Sugar Free Cocoa Out There!

Fry's Premium Cocoa is the sugar free cocoa that I use in all of my recipes.

I could spend a while writing some big review on why this is a good cocoa, or I could just let you know from my experience.


The Ingredients

The ingredients of this product are as follows:

  • Cocoa
  • Sodium Carbonate

Two ingredients. That's all you have to worry about with this baby!



My Experience

I basically use this every time I need some sort of chocolaty powder!

I use Fry's for my hot chocolate, for my chocolate ganache...everything!

As long as you add some sort of sweetener like Agave Nectar to it, you won't notice the difference between this product and other cocoa.

In fact, I would dare say that I would use this Cocoa even if I could have sugar. It's THAT good!
