Don't Live Another Day Without These Delicious Sugar Free Chocolates
The one disadvantage of chocolate is that it is often full of sugar. That is why my sugar free chocolates effectively turns it into one of the best treats ever made on this earth.
When I couldn't eat dairy or sugar anymore, I was fed up with all of my health problems. On top of the pain and discomfort I experienced, I now can't even have good food?
But I wasn't about to let that get me down. That's why I started researching different types of foods to eat. And when it came time to find chocolates that are safe to eat, I had no shortage of problems.
I can safely say though, that my research has paid off and I now know many different types of chocolates I can eat.
And I'm about to pass that knowledge and research on to you!
What is Chocolate?
It's important to understand the fundamentals of any food in order for my sugar free philosophy to work. What is my philosophy again?
"If you understand the basics of any ingredient or food item, you can then substitute each and every part you can't eat, until you have created a safe, alternative recipe".
So what is chocolate then?
Most chocolate is made up of these key components:
Cocoa
Cocoa Butter
Sugar
Milk
As usual, I will use an array of Sugar Substitutes to replace the sugar.
And for the milk I use any of the alternative types of milk such as Almond Milk, or Coconut Milk.
In reality, making Sugar Free chocolate is much easier than most of you think.
And you are about to find out exactly how easy it is!
My Personal Chocolate Recipes And Recommendations
The following is a list of chocolate recipes, and chocolate products that I have found are safe to eat for people looking to avoid sugar and milk.
Get ready to taste something you haven't had in a long time...
My first and foremost recommendation for Sugar Free Chocolate Chips is Scharffen Berger's Unsweetened Chocolate. Just take their bar and cut it into little chunks to have completely natural, unsweetened chocolate chips.
My second recommendation is that you grab this Sugar Free Cocoa. I have recommended Fry's brand, because it only has 2 ingredients (Cocoa, and Sodium Carbonate), and still tastes great!
