The Recipe

  • 1 cup of "no sugar added" chocolate drink mix
  • 2/3 of a cup of instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg (if you don’t like nutmeg, use more cinnamon)

Extra Ingredients:

  • Agave Nectar
  • Milk Creamer

Directions

  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients together (chocolate drink mix, instant coffee, cinnamon, and nutmeg) in a bowl.
  2. Put 3 tablespoons of mix for every 8 ounces of hot water.
  3. Store any extra mix that you have.
  4. Stir all together with water, add in Agave and Creamer until it tastes "Just right" for you (some people like it sweeter, some like it creamier, which is why I haven't put specific measurements here).

You may also want to add in any sort of whipped cream or whatever you want on top. It all depends what your body can handle.

Remember that milk has naturally occurring sugars in it, so this recipe will technically have some sugar in it (although it will be safe for you to eat).

My Journey

I'm really not as angry as I look in this picture

All websites are created for a purpose, and although I want to help as many people as possible live healthy, sugar free lifestyles, this website also helps benefit me mentally, spiritually, and economically.

If you're like me and have knowledge or experience that others would want, I can't speak highly enough about SBI!. It's allowed me to bake my passion for sugar-free recipes into an income-generating part-time hobby. Here's how I did it.

I hope my story can also be some sort of inspiration for you!
