Move oven rack to low position. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Farenheit. Grease the bottom of your Banana Bread pan.

In a bowl stir the Agave and Butter until well mixed. Stir in the eggs, and then stir in the Bananas, Almond Milk, and Vanilla. Beat the mixture with a spoon until it is well mixed.

Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until moistened. (Optional: Stir In Nuts). Divide the Mixture evenly in the pan.

Bake for about 1 hour, 10 minutes (Or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean). Then take out and cool for 10 minutes.

Loosen the sides of the loaf and take it out of the pan. Make sure you let it cool for 2-3 hours before slicing it.
Note: This Bread should last 4 days, or 10 days refrigerated.

Natural Sugar Substitute Of The Month: Erythritol
