Because of the encouragement (and accountability) that this site creates for me, I've been able to take enormous steps in improving my health because.

I've also been more motivated than ever to come up with Sugar-Free recipes that taste incredible (for my benefit, and yours).

I find that I often work a lot harder for other people than I do for myself. So while I might not create the best recipes I can think of for my own good, I would do it for the good of my readers!
