Another Simple Dessert! - Sugar Free Pineapple Sorbet Recipe!

Allergy Information:

Sugar-Free

Peanut-Free

Dairy-Free

Soy-Free



The Recipe:

  • 1/2 of a Cup of Agave Nectar
  • 1 Full Pineapple
  • 5 Tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 large Egg White



Instructions:

1.

Cut the pineapple up into usable chunks: (Start by slicing off the top and bottom. Then cut off all the sides until you are left with a yellow block of pineapple. Cut off each side of the pineapple and then cut into usable chunks that will fit in the blender)

2.

In a food processor, process the pineapple. Then add in the lemon juice and Agave Nectar and process some more.

3.

Place the mixture in an ice cream machine and freeze according to the manufacturers instructions.

4.

As the mix begins to freeze, and in the egg white and then let it continue on. Once it's done put it in the freezer for 6 hours. When you are ready to serve it, take it out for 15 minutes to let it soften and serve. Also, as usual...
