Short On Time, Short On Cash: Easy Sugar Free Recipes That Taste Great!

"Why should anyone bother with Sugar Free Recipes?" Well I can't speak for everyone, but what I can tell you is why I bother with them!

Since my appendix operation over 7 years ago, the quality of my health has decreased greatly. As of a year ago, I have lost the great ability to digest sugar properly.

Over this short period of time, I have done countless hours of research to find food that I can eat (I am also unable to digest milk, corn, rice, and over 30 other foods) and have come up with quite a large collection of Sugar Free Recipes.

And now I want to share them with you!

Please excuse me, I haven't even introduced myself! My name is Andrew Muller and I am the creator of this fine and dandy website.

As I mentioned earlier, I'm allergic to...

...food.

All kidding aside, I do have a huge list of food that I am allergic to. I've developed these allergies over the past 3 years. And it's been a major struggle to find food I can digest.

Some Untrue Myths About Sugar Free Recipes:

They taste worse than normal food (Or taste "kind of funny".)

They aren't sweet.

Artificial sweeteners like Splenda or Aspartame are healthier than sugar.

They take a long time to make (Longer than their Sugared Counter-Recipes).

The ingredients are very expensive.

I've slowly come to realize that the synthesized food they offer in grocery stores is garbage.

No, I'm not a Vegan, Vegetarian or Health Guru (Although you might be!) I simply am trying to make it through this life without being sick and in pain all the time.

And perhaps you are too (Tired of being sick). Or Maybe you just want to make a change in your lifestyle. Maybe you have allergies just like me. Or maybe you just want to look at a few easy to make, sugar free recipes.

I'm here for you, to guide you through every step of the way.

One thing I should mention is that I still use some sort of sweetener for the recipes on this site. The difference is that the sweeteners I use are actually good for you, rather than bad for you (unlike those nasty artificial sweeteners like Aspartame and Splenda that make you sick).

If you are looking for recipes that don't use any sweeteners at all, you can find them at my partner site, Allergy And Diabetic Health.com.

Or, If you suspect you have a Gluten Sensitivity, it is important for you to find out whether it is a Gluten Allergy Or Intolerance. Learning about this will help you make a better selection about which recipes you use on this site!
