A Delicious Dessert-Like Sugar Free Honey Bread Recipe - Get Those Tastebuds Dancing!

This sugar free honey bread recipe is an absolutely fabulous dessert recipe that I think everyone needs to try at least once. It contains a mix of honey and stevia to create something you have never had in your sugar free diet before!

The Recipe:


  • 1 cup of honey
  • 1/8th of a teaspoon of Stevia Organic Extract Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • Grated rind of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed anise seeds
  • 1/8 of a teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups of flour
  • Butter for the pan
  • 2 teaspoons of warm almond milk



Instructions:

1.

Combine the honey, stevia, and baking soda in a bowl.

2.

Heat the water to just barely boiling and add to the honey mixture along with the anise seeds and lemon rind. Blend until fully mixed.

3.

Sift the flour and salt together and Gradually add to the honey mixture. Stir until the dough is smooth and fairly thick.

4.

Butter a 9-inch bread pan and place the dough in the pan. Bake at 350°F for one hour. Remove to a rack and brush with the warm almond milk.

5.

Cool and remove from pan.
