Try My Amazing Chocolate Chip Cookies Made With Stevia
"Food for thought is no substitute for the real thing."
These chocolate chip cookies made with Stevia are not only sugar free, but are lactose free as well so you will be able to eat without fear of a stomach ache!
So enjoy one of my favorite stevia cookie recipes!
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet and set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder, and set aside.

Place the egg, stevia, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl, and beat well with a wooden spoon or an electric hand-held mixer. Slowly add the butter, continuing to beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, just a bit at a time. Keep mixing it in as you mix them in. Fold in the chocolate chips.
5.
Drop tablespoons of batter on the cookie sheet, a few inches apart. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
