My Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Bread Recipe Has An Amazing Walnut Taste That You Won't Soon Forget...

This incredible sugar free chocolate chip banana nut bread recipe is not only one of the best you will ever try, but is a fairly simple recipe, so even a beginner will have no problems making it taste delicious.

Allergy Information:

The Recipe:

  • 4 ounces of softened butter
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of mashed bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of Agave Nectar
  • 1 cup of Scharffen Berger Unsweetened Cacao Baking Chocolate (Cut into chunks to make chocolate chips).



Instructions:

1.

Cream the butter and mix it with the Agave Nectar in an electric mixer. Beat in the mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla.

2.

Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl and stir into the first mixture. Fold in chocolate chips until the mix seems even.

3.

Pour this batter into a greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and Bake at 325° F for 30 minutes.

4.

Remove the foil and continue baking for 30 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, then the bread is done. If it doesn't, then put it back in for 10 minutes and try again.

5.

Once it is done, cool for 10 minutes, remove from the pan and cool the banana bread completely before serving (To people, hopefully...)
