In saucepan, heat 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1/2 a cup of water, and 2 tablespoons of butter until very warm.
2.
Place milk mixture, salt, flour, yeast, Stevia, and eggs in the pan of the bread machine in the order that the bread machine instructions say. Select the Dough cycle and Press Start.
3.
Once the Dough cycle is complete, remove the dough from the bread machine and punch down (not fast) the dough. This means you just put your knuckles into the bread to flatten it, and then grab the outside edges, bring them to the middle, and repeat. You will need to do this about 20-30 times.
4.
On a floured surface, roll the dough into a large rectangle. Smear it with the softened butter (We are now using ingredients from the 'topping' section). Combine the cinnamon and Stevia. Sprinkle them over the dough.
5.
Optional: Generously sprinkle the raisins/chopped walnuts over the top.
6.
Roll the dough up into a log. You want to start at the long side of the dough. Cut it into 12 slices and place the rolls cut side down into a 9x13-inch greased baking pan.
7.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until the size of the rolls almost doubles. It will take about 30 minutes.
8.
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Combine the frosting ingredients all together in a bowl and set them aside.
9.
Bake rolls in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove them and allow them to cool for 10 minutes.
10.
Spread frosting over baked rolls.
Enjoy!
