My Sugar Free Apple Cinnamon Bread Is The Perfect Dessert Treat!

This dessert like sugar free apple cinnamon bread is the perfect "on-the-counter-take-a-slice" snack for your entire family to enjoy. And because it's sugar free, you don't have to worry about any sort of negative health effects.

The Recipe:

The Bread:

  • 2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 of a teaspoon of Stevia Organic Extract Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • 1 and 1/2 Teaspoons of ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 cup of Almond Milk Combined with a Tablespoon of Vinegar
  • 1/4 of a cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups of Chopped apples

The Topping:

  • A Pinch of Stevia
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Teaspoons of Butter



Instructions:

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Grease one 9x5 inch loaf pan.

3.

Combine all the "BREAD" ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, putting the small apple chunks in last. Beat for 3 minutes. Pour it into the 9x5 pan.

4.

Combine a pinch of stevia, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and butter, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over smoothed batter. Using a knife, cut in the pan a light swirling motion to give a marbled effect.

5.

Bake for 50 Minutes. Insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean the recipe is fully cooked.
