This Sugar Free Almond Paste Recipe Is The Solution For All Your Almond Recipes!


"Food for thought is no substitute for the real thing."



After scouring the internet, I've decided that finding a sugar free almond paste recipe is near impossible.

And if it's difficult for me, I'll be it will be fairly difficult for you as well.

That's why I've created my own recipe, so that you don't have to search aimlessly any longer!

Allergy Information:

Sugar-Free

Peanut-Free (Contains Almonds though...obviously)

Dairy-Free

Soy-Free



The Recipe:



Instructions:

1.

Grind almonds in a blender.

2.

Mix In Stevia.

3.

Beat egg whites slightly, then stir into the almond mixture.

4.

Add almond extract. Use your hands to blend the heavy mixture if it is too heavy. The Mixture should be similar to mashed potatoes.

5.

Optional: If the mixture is too dry, add in another egg. If it is too wet, add in more ground almonds.

6.

Wrap in clear plastic wrap and refrigerate. Will last 1 month in fridge (3 months in freezer).
