This Almond Cookie Recipe Has Amaretto For An Authentic Almond Taste!

This sugar free almond cookie recipe uses Amaretto instead of almond extract to create a much more authentic almond taste. I'm sure you will love it!

Allergy Information:

Sugar-Free

Peanut-Free (Contains Almonds though...obviously)

Dairy-Free

Soy-Free



The Recipe:

  • 1/2 a cup of softened butter
  • 1/8 of a teaspoon of Stevia Organic Extract Powder
  • 1 and 1/4 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of amaretto
  • 1/2 cup of ground almonds



Instructions:

1.

Preheat oven to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

In large bowl, cream together the butter and stevia.

3.

Beat in the egg, amaretto, and almonds. Gradually mix in the flour until well blended.

4.

Make walnut-sized drops on your greased cookie sheet. Make sure the cookies are about 2 inches apart. Press into them with a fork to make them a bit more flat.

5.

Bake for around 6 minutes in the oven. Put a toothpick in the center of them, if it comes out clean if should be done.
